Customers can provide ratings and reviews for the cab services they receive. These ratings and reviews are intended to help other customers make informed decisions. Hashtag Cabs reserves the right to moderate and remove inappropriate or false ratings and reviews.

5. User Conduct:

Refund & Cancellation Policy:

1. Refund Policy:

We at Hashtag Cabs understand that plans can change. If you wish to cancel your booking and request a refund, our refund policy is as follows:

-Cancellation Made 6 Hours Prior to Booking Time: If you cancel your booking at least 6 hours before the scheduled booking time, you will receive a full refund.

-Cancellation Made Less Than 6 Hours Prior to Booking Time: If the cancellation is made less than 6 hours prior to the booking time, a cancellation charge of ₹299 will be applicable.

-No-Show: If you do not show up for your booking without prior cancellation, no refund will be issued.

2. Cancellation Policy:

-Cancellation by Customer: If you need to cancel your booking, please do so at least 6 hours before the scheduled booking time to avoid any cancellation charges.

-Cancellation by Vendor: In rare cases where the cab vendor is unable to fulfill the booking due to unforeseen circumstances, Hashtag Cabs will assist in finding an alternative vendor. If an alternative cannot be arranged, a full refund will be issued.
